Status of Possession

Dear Members,

Some members have withdrawn from the Case to be filed against SVP, saying that they have already taken over possession and settled the financial matter with SVP. The earlier case was also filed to pressurise the builder and even now our only aim is to make him hand over the possession. If this is already being done then we are also quite ok with it. 

We request members to please give a brief idea about the possession and delay penalty being given by SVP for information of all other members also.
