I have a Flat, Olive 503 in Gulmohur Residency, Indrapuram Project of SVP Builder (I) Ltd. Recently I contacted SVP for Registry of my Flat. SVP has provided bank details (as mention below) to transfer Rs 355100/- as stamp duty fee for Registry of the Flat.

 

 Details for Transfer of Stamp Duty Fee

Super area of my Flat Olive 503 is 1255 Sqft. SVP confirmed me that the circle rates for my Flat is Rs 5072000/-

 

I request you to confirm/ provide following details if known / available with you

 

a)    Confirm If detail provided by SVP for transfer of amount for Stamp Fee is correct/ genuine

b)    Confirm whether stamp duty fee amount and circle rates for flat given by SVP is correct

c)     Stamp duty rates per sqft for the circle

d)    % of circle rates for stamp duty

e)    Whether circle rates are applicable to super area or carpet area, if carpet area, then what will be the carpet area.
