+++ Important - NCDRC Order - For All Buyers

Dear All,

• Kindly see the NCDRC order dated 08 June 18,  attached. 
• GOWO had filed this application in the honourable NCDRC court, on behalf of all 368 buyers that the settlement / compromise being offered by the builder, should be for all 368 buyers and not just for those only whose names are in the court.
• All buyers who are facing any difficulty from the builder on any front, whether it is financial over-charging or in any other form are requested to print a copy of this attached order and send it under a covering letter by speed post to the builder office asking them to address your individual issues.
• Kindly keep GOWO as copy to, in that letter also for action at our end.
