As discussed, I am the owner of flat number G806 at corona optus. Along with the covered car parking that was allotted with the flat, we bought a separate open car parking. 

We would like to sell this open car park for a sum of 2 Lakhs. Since we have not yet done registry of the flat, we can help the buyer with paper work.
