1. We are sorry, there has been an accounting error on our part. Inconvenience is regretted.

2. Money was received from you for 2 covered car parks where as only 1 CCP was allotted to you. 

FOR CORONA : 

• 1. In our last list only 1  CCP was allotted to buyer. Kindly allot 2 CCPs to Mr. Charanjeet Singh Walia ( K-103 ).
• No Open left with GOWO now. Last Open Car Parking (OCP) was allotted to Major Sahil. 
  
• As on date balance car park available with GOWO  : 3 Covered Car Parks.

Regularization of One Paid up Additional Covered Car-Parking Space for K-701, Corona Optus, Gurgaon

I would also wish to bring to your kind notice that we, Mr Amit Goswami & myself, both joint-owners of Flat No : K-701, Corona Optus, GGN, had paid for TWO Covered Car Parking Spaces but have so far received the  Allotment Letter for ONE CCP only. Our several appeals and requests  to Mr Manoj of GOWO, who appeared to be dealing with such issues, has so far fallen on deaf ears.

Encouraged by your proactive attitude and co-operation as demonstrated by your above letter to Mr CS Walia, I would like to once again appeal and request your good selves to kindly reconcile our accounts at your end from which the additional payment of Rs 2,50,000/- on account of the 2nd CCP made by us should be clear. 

Accordingly, we would request you to kindly confirm to us as well as to Corona on similar lines as your above clear letter to Corona in resolution of the pending issue.

2. Have you check with builder ? your name is already there for 2  Covered Car parks.

3. We have already given to you receipt for both car parking payments.

4. Kindly check your record before making allegations.

5. Builder is also in CC kindly take the matter with corona directly.
