: Regarding Col Rajnish Soni (Retd)

Dear Members,
We have got a few calls from members, that one Col Rajnish Soni (Retd.) is trying to get in touch with some members & spreading mis-information. All members are requested to kindly see the Chargesheet by Gurgaon Court against him for cheating IAHS of Rs 3 Crores in 2010. The trial is going on and there are numerous cases filed by GOWO & IAHS against him in Gurgaon, Saket & Delhi High Court. These are criminal matters & in the past also he has admitted his liability and agreed to pay in front of the MM in Saket court and then vanished. The Saket court was constrained to initiate Proclaimed Offender (PO) proceedings against him.
Now that the cases are in their final stages of hearings it is understood that he will go underground again, in which police will be requested to tap his and his accomplices mobile phones etc. to know his whereabouts. Members are requested not to take this lightly and to be careful of this person. Kindly go through this chargesheet and court order below.
