Legal Action Against Corona

Dear Members,

We came to know through some of our members that Corona is sending the demand notes for tower D, E, F & I without adjusting delay penalty amount and they are demanding EEC which they are not supposed to charge.

As you know GOWO, had sent a legal notice to Corona almost 2 months ago and got no reply till date from their side.

Members are requested to send their objections on demand note to us before making payment to the builder.

A lot of members have expressed their desire to file a legal suit on the builder and we are in the process of drafting the same, but it will be filed by GOWO, only when there are adequate number of members willing to do so.
