• Should be strong in Presentation skills.
• Communicating with customers to get or give information which could be of confidential nature.
• Monitoring and updating various dashboards.
• Generating reports from dashboards and other sources of data.
• Verifying data sheets and dashboards against the actual state of things.
• Looking out for opportunities to bring more/better business from the administrative standpoint and informing the team about it.
• Understanding the different processes in place and tracking progress and efficiency of quarterly tasks.
• Perfuming basic technical tasks.
• Candidate should be a graduate. Preferably with exposure to administrative tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• To perform Willingness basic technical tasks for which adequate training will be provided.
• Ability to deal with crosses cultural client conversation.
• Ability to track administrative info in an organized and efficient manner.
• Willingness to work in different time zones.
• PMI Certification, ITIL V3 Foundation/ Six Sigma Black Belt Certified.
