Nightmare on 71st Avenue Seat Pleasant Maryland

There are signs in neighborhoods informing citizens that there is a
neighborhood watch presence or something of that nature. basically
letting them know that they are being watched.

On 71st Avenue in Seat Pleasant Maryland there needs to be signs
warning citizens that there is undercover police activity or some-type
of police activity taking place on the street.

It is not fair for unsuspecting citizens to come on the street and get
caught up in the system because they were not warned.

It is unfair and unjust to have human beings move on to a street, move
into a neighborhood and then their life turns upside down because of
an undercover police activity.

I have now watched this bizarre behavior for 7 years. How much is it
costing the taxpayers to put up with this dangerous presence.
Neighbors who don't wish to be apart of this activity are
uncomfortable in their homes, they don't talk to one another because
you can't trust anyone. If they don't go along with the program, they
are harrassed: followed to their place of employment, on the metro, on
the bus, to church, their computer is hacked into and their telephone
tapped, the people they can talk to are picked out for them, and
whoever comes to their home is paid, whoever you talk to is watched
and probably paid. It is absolutely bizarre. 7 years? Is there an
end game, or is this an ever ending nightmare?

...it becomes a nightmare for citizens who do not wish to go along
with the program.
