..............and keeps Seat Pleasant streets dark at night. Go
figure. Sets up undercover agents on informants not sure which they
are but they watch you like a hawk.... on residential streets to
harrass the taxpayers and invites you to a Tuesday night social so you
can mingle with the ones that are responsible for public
safety. .....am I missing something here?
