Conspiracy Theory or Force Them Out

The Lord has put this on my heart for the third time now. It takes a
while for us to be obedient. Nevertheless, it has been weighing on me,
why this government authorized activity is taking place in Seat
Pleasant Maryland. As dangerous as it is--putting the lives of the
citizens in danger but not the lives of the police. In fact you don't
see any police, it's all undercover, informant, snitch-kind-of-thing.

Ever since I moved to Seat Pleasant Maryland in 2006 I have been
harassed by a neighbor who I'm supposed to think is something that
they may or may not be. Undercover agents as you know blend in. The
only difference is that these people have the audacity to make your
life uncomfortable by throwing glass in your yard, cursing you out,
having 5 or 6 cars in their drive way, pulling up on you when you
leave out and come in, parking up on your car when there's plenty of
empty spaces. I have had neighbors have their dogs run up on me, and
tazered by the people who used to live across the street. People would
drive up on the weekend and camp out just to watch me. Now going into
my seventh year, and the "strange" activity is still going on I have
to wonder "what's up".

The Mayor of Seat Pleasant is a friend of Jack Johnson who is waiting
to be sentenced for taking bribes. Here is the conspiracy theory; did
the Mayor of Seat Pleasant Maryland get some of that bribe to run the
citizens of Seat Pleasant out of their homes. Did Jack Johnson give
away Seat Pleasant to a developer for $500,000?

Developers and corrupt government officials have used these types of
tactics for centuries to force people to move from their homes that
are paid for. They want to run the citizens out of their homes because
then the homes would go into foreclosure and the developer can buy
them for cheap. Or, if the people are made uncomfortable enough they
move on their own -- this way the developer does not have to buy their
house from them.

Clearly, this negative influence that is coming from the government is
trying to make me abandon my home. They played with my electricity,
they hacked into my computer, they shut down my computer right before
my eyes, they played with my security camera. There is a vacant house
down the street that the owner died and tenants moved in and paid this
exorbitant rent, then got behind in their rent and went to court and
that's when they found out that the owner of the house was dead. That
may be what they are trying to do to me. They have broken into my
computer, know all of my personal business and could very well keep my
house after I am dead by simply continuing to pay the mortgage. My
cell phone calls have been monitored for at least two years.

Does this sound like a conspiracy theory?
