Contradiction and Reality

In the March/April Edition of the Seat Pleasant News, "A Word From the
Seat Pleasant Police Department" contadicts reality on 71st Avenue in
Seat Pleasant, Maryland.

There is a government informant, street snitch, undercover cop, FBI
strategy in place that negates the article's intent. First of all
it's dark in front of my house, and I am watched 24/7...perhaps I'm
the criminal that everyone is trying to snare. Nevertheless, the
neighborhood strategy presently in place contradicts the eloquent
writing of CSAFE Lead Coordinator - Mary Davis.

Further, the article reports that the Seat Pleasant Police Department
will be establishing a 24 hour complaint phone line. This is bogus.
I know that my telephone is being monitored and my computer has been
hacked into. Everytime I have a conversation on my telephone everyone
in the neighborhood seems to know what I talked about.

I'm not sure what the article is advocating. I was under the
impression that the Seat Pleasant Police Department and the Seat
Pleasant government had sanctioned the present neighborhood safety
strategy. Once when my car tag was stolen, the Seat Pleasant Police
told me that my next door neighbors were drug dealers and he told me
that he told them that they could stay there as long as they don't
bother anyone. Then on two occasions I saw the Seat Pleasant police
shake down someone on the street. Yes, shake down, cause the people
stayed around after the police shook them down. Then my telephone
line was pulled down and the Seat Pleasant police said to me, "have a
nice day".
