WRITTEN REQUESTS ONLY Contractor is to furnish all labor, materials,
tools and equipment required to design and build modification and
expansion of the existing fire protection systems in Building 77. this
work will modify/extend the existing partial fire sprinkler zones on the
first and second floors as well as provides new fir sprinkler zones in
the basement and penthouse. The existing fire alarm system, including the
Spectronics 640 pane, will be modified/expanded as required to support
all new and existing fire sprinkler heads, fire alarm devices and
associated elctrical, demolition of some existing sprinkler piping and
heads, and minor general construciton as required for the
modification/installation of fire spinkler and fire alarm systems. SIC
