This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in
accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with
additional information included in this notice. This announcement
constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a
written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation
(RFQ), F49642-02-T-0002. The solicitation document and incorporated
provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition
Circular 97-22. This is a small business set-aside. The North American
Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 5736. Only faxed or email
quotations will be accepted, and request must include a completed copy
of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and
Certification ? Commercial Items, name, address, cage code, DUNNS number,
and telephone number with its offer. All contractors must be registered
with the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award.
