equipment to construct an approximate 3,500 square foot Service Dog
Training Center at Fort Knox, Kentucky. Work also consists of associated
site work including adding an egress gate in an existing fence;
sidewalk; parking area; bring all service utilities to the building; and
construction of a sanitary sewer line and manhole. This project is
SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (SAF). The estimated amount of this
requirement is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This solicitation is
unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a bid. Plans and
specifications will be made available on or about 2 August 1999. A
limited number of bid packages will be available and issued on a first-
come, first-serve basis. Contractors will be limited to one copy of the
bid package. No telephone requests for the solicitation package will be
