located on the Left Fork of Straight Creek, near the Field Post Office,
in Bell County, Kentucky. The work consists of the reclamation of
approximately 11 acres of an area used for coal mine refuse. Items of
work include: Pollution Control, 1 job; Vegetative Treatment, 10.8 Ac;
Riprap lined Waterway, 1091 CY; Geotextile, 2911 SY; Tree Planting, 6900
seedlings; Land Reconstruction, 10.8 AC. Estimated Price Range: $100,000
to $250,000.00. Performance time: 61 calendar days. Bids are due on
Tuesday July 7, 1998 at 1:15 p.m. (EST), local time. A group site showing
and pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 1998 at 8:00
a.m. at the Bell County Conservation District office, 211 Kentucky
