services and materials to provide Base and Hospital Laundry and Dry
Cleaning Services at Minot Air Force Base, ND during the period of 1 Jan
2000 through 30 Sep 2000, with seven one-year options. Estimated issue
date is on or about 28 October 1999. The proposed contract listed here is
being considered for 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. For purposes
of this procurement the small business standard is $10.5 million in total
revenues (FAR 19.102). The SIC Code is 7218. All businesses shall state
business size for information purposes. The technical criteria specified
below are the MINIMUM criteria that will be evaluated and is listed in
descending order of importance. The full criteria, all offerors will be
graded upon, can be found within the solicitation. Technical information
may exceed the minimum criteria. A. EXPERIENCE AND PERFORMANCE RECORD.
B. DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONAL ORGANIZATION. C. UNDERSTANDING OF THE
REQUIREMENTS. D. HAVE ADEQUATE FINANCIAL RESOURCES TO PERFORM THE
CONTRACT OR THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN FINANCIAL RESOURCES. E. CAPACITY TO
MEET STAFFING REQUIREMENTS. Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests

size of business. This solicitation will be posted to the EPS System.
