FLORIDA. Construction of a new Homestead, FL -- Florida City Branch
located at the corner of Palm and 187 Avenue. The building will contain
approximately 15,500 sq ft of floor space.The work includes, but is not
limited to, steel frame construction, concrete, masonry, carpentry,
modified bitumen roofing, insulation, hollow metal doors, metal studs,
gyp board, ceramic tile, resilent flooring, asphalt plank flooring,
carpet, painting, landscaping, electrical, mechanical, utilities and
other work associated with postal facilities. The subcontracting goals
for this contract is a minimum of 10% for minority-owned businesses and
minimum of 7% for women-owned businesses in accordance with solicitation
Section H.20. Plans and specifications are available in most planrooms
