will be negotiating exclusively with the Bernalillo School District, P.
O. Box 640, Bernalillo, New Mexico for the propose of providing
adolescent health care services to Native American Indian students
attending the Bernalillo High School. Psychology and medical care
Services to be provided within the Bernalillo High School based health
clinic. Services to be provided by a Psychologist and a Nurse
Practitioner The implementation of these services are essential to the
helath and well-being of the Native American Indian Students attending
the high school. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded for a base
year with three, one-year options for renewal. Total contract award for
the base year and three year option renewals is less than $100,000. The
contract is awarded as a sole source and request for proposal packages
