contain 1 NSN for a Gage, Pressure, Dial Indicating, NSN
6685-00-442-2195, P/N 12-40. This award will be solicited for an
Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). FOB: Destination, Inspection and
Acceptance: Destination, 90 Days ARO. Critical application item. Quantity
variance is plus or minus 0%. Surge and Sustainment requirement. First
Article Test requirement. There IS currently one approved source of
supply: Circle Seal Controls Inc., Cage 91816 intended source.
Solicitation will be issued on a none-unrestricted basis, under other
than full and open competition procedures (10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (FAR
6.302-1). Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement
described are not available and cannot be furnished by the government on
the NSN. NSN is non-commercial. Line Item 0001: Qty 355 each,Delivery:
90 DARO, Destination: W62G2T (AQ5); line item 0002: Qty 154 each,
Delivery: 90 DARO, Destination: W25G1U (AQ5). AEQ=3D599. Automated Best
Value System (ABVS): The final contract award decision may be based upon
a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors
as described in the solicitation. QAP 001. Opening Date: 08/06/01.
