Systems Command Contracts Directorate is seeking sources for
implementation of the Marine Corps Common Helpdesk System for the Program
Manager Information Technology Infrastructure. The USMC intends to
install helpdesk software and have continued support and maintenance for
various Marine Corps bases. Potential sources must be Remedy authorized
consultants. The sources must have current developmental knowledge of
the Trouble Management System Marine Corps (TMS-MC) or the Defense
Information System Agency (DISA) Trouble Management System (TMS). Sources
must have no less than six months operational experience with DISA's TMS
system or TMS-MC to adequately address any contingencies that might
arise during continued deployment at USMC bases. Interested sources that
meet the criteria outlined are invited to forward their information by
no later than 21 January 2000 to (U.S. mail address) COMMANDER,
