is a pre-solicitation synopsis. The actual RFP, with information and
specifications, will be available on Gateway after the date below
(11/19). Please note that all dates are estimated -- -- -- See Notes #1,
9 and 26. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. This is
an acquisition for 93,000 pairs of the item Insignia, Grade, Enlisted,
Embroidered, Man's 4 inch, Senior Airman, E-4. NSN 8455-01-389-3511.
There will be two destinations required with 12 deliveries each. The
destinations are: DDSP- New Cumberland Facility, New Cumberland, PA and
Arizona Ind. for the blind, Phoenix, AZ. The production leadtime is 225
days after award. There will be one 100% quantity option.=20 -- -- -
Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(a)(7) applies, as our office no
longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Offeror should

(Gateway) at http://progate.daps.mil/home after 19 NOVEMBER 2001. From
the Gateway homepage, select "Search RFPs" from the left-hand sidebar.
Then choose the RFP you wish to view. You must be registered in order to
download RFPs. If you are not, you will be directed to register at time
of download. In order to ensure e-mail notification of RFPs, prospective
vendors MUST go to the RFP Information page and select DSCP Clothing &
Textiles as the commodity center from which notices will be sent. The
solicitations will be in a downloadable, printable format when viewed
