Provide landscape services to include furnishings all layout, survey,
plant, labor, supervision, quality control, materials, equipment,
machines, tools, appliances, services, supplies, and incidentals and of
performing all operations in connection with irrigation installation and
repair, new plantings (trees and bushes), installation of inert
landscaping material, limited brick, block and concrete work and
production of landscaping designs as necessary at Goodfellow AFB.
Performance period is from time of contract award plus 365 days with four
one year option periods. This solicitation will be reserved for 100%
small business set aside. NAICS code is 561730, with a size standard of
$5.0 million. Estimated issue date of the RFP will be on or after 20 July
