293-3520 The U. S. Naval Academy has a requirement for cellular phone
service for period of base year plus two option years. The service shall
include monthly access fee for 70 phones. This includes 58 currently
activated Government-owned phones plus an additional 12 Government-owned
phones to be activated as needed at the discretion of the Government.
The additional 12 phones is an estimate. There is no guarantee that any
or all of these phones shall be activated. Payment of monthly access fee
will commence when the phone(s) is/are purchased and activation is
required. Cellular phone Makes and Models include, but are not limited
to, AT&T, Erickson, Motorola, NEC, and Nokia. The service shall also
include airtime usage (est. 45,000 minutes) for peak and off peak rate,
landline (est. 15,000 calls), long distance (est. 1,000 minutes), roamer
airtime (within BANM markets) and roamer charges (outside BANM markets).
The service shall include enhanced and IQ services (call forwarding, call
waiting, 3-way calling and busy/no answer transfer) for 4 phones only.
Interested quoters shall provide their request for Request for Quotations
N00161-99-Q-0002 in writing. NO TELEPHONIC REQUESTS SHALL BE HONORED.
