proposals for a New Construction Owned project. Only the USPS
pre-qualified design/build contractors may submit a proposal for a new
26,000 sf Main Office, on 2.3 acre USPS owned site located in Park City
NV 84060-9998. The work involves the construction of a new Post Office
Building at the location indicated on Drawings. Work includes but is not
limited to demolition, earthwork, site utilities and site improvements,
paving, landscaping and irrigation. Work also includes concrete
foundations and slab-on-grade, post-tensioned concrete slab, steel
structure, steel joists and decking, roof membrane over roof insulation,
sheet metal, masonry, metal stud partitions, insulation, gypsum board
walls and ceilings, ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings, resilient
flooring, carpeting, custom cabinets and fixtures, carpentry, glass
storefront system, painting, metal partitions and accesories, signage,
lockers, loading dock equipment, fire protection and detection systems,
security systems, electrical, and heating, ventilating, and air
conditioning complete and ready for use. For additional information refer
to section 01010 -- Summary of Work in the Technical specifications. The
estimated cost range is $3.5 Million to $4.0 Million. The performance
period is 425 calendar days from date of issuance of Notice-to-Proceed.
Sub-contractors may secure a copy of the plans and specifications from
the pre-qualified contractors or "A and D Draft Aid". If sub-contractors
choose to order packages from A& D, be aware that there will be a
non-refundable fee. Plans will be provided to local plan rooms upon their
request. There are seven (7) pre-qualified contractors who will be
allowed to submit proposals on this project. The following contractors
