control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part.
Acquisition of this part is controlled by qualified products list (QPL)
procedures. Competition for this part is limited to sources which are
listed on or are qualified for listing on the QPL at the time of award.
The qualification procedures must be approved by the Government
engineering activity have jurisdiction over the part in the intended
application. Sources of supply for this part is Kollsman Inc., Merrimack,
NH 03054-4844. Authority and Justification is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). This
proposed contractual action is for supplies which cannot be procured
through full and open competition because the authority cited states only
a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services
will satisfy the Agency requirement, FAR 6.302-1. No telephone will be

This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending
receipt of sufficient funds. All responsible sources are encouraged to
