Law Enforcement Training Center seeks a fully qualified contractor who
can both paint (includes airless spray, brush and roller methods) and
install/remove carpet tiles in multiple buildings. Limited asbestos
abatement of underlying mastic vinyl tile can be needed and must be
performed by a State of Georgia -- Licensed abatement contractor.
Delivery orders will be placed for pre-priced line items as necessary.
Performance period will be up to three years, a Base Year and Two Option
Years. Annual minimum ordering shall equal $50,000 and may go to
$1,000,000. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside; SIC Codes 1721 and
