Maintenance and Landscape Services for Flag Officer Quarters and the
Common Areas located at Silvergate Court, NRAD, San Diego, Ca. This is an
Invitation for Bid (IFB), Firm-Fixed Price/Indefinite Quantity type
contract.Period of performance will be for a Base Period of 6 months and
four 12 month Option Periods. The services to be provided are subject to
the Service Contract Act Wage Rates. This solicitation will be available
on or about June 9, 1997. No Deposit is required. This solicitation may
be obtained by mail or in person at the Navy Public Works Center, Code
225HC, Bldg 291, 2730 McKean Street, Ste 1, San Diego, Ca 92136-5294.
Request for solicitation must be in writing stating solicitation number,

This is a Small Business Set-Aside Procurement. All qualified firms are
welcome to bid. For those firms certifying themselves as aSmall Business
