all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and related services,
except Government furnished utilities to wash and clean windows and
building exteriors at three (3) VA facilities, VA Long Beach Healthcare
System, Long Beach, CA, VA San Diego Healthcare System, San Diego, CA, VA
Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, (Sepulveda Campus). Intervals for
washing and cleaning services vary monthly, quarterly, smei-annually, to
annually. The resulting contract will be for one Base year, with the
Government having the option to extend the contract for four (4) one year
periods. The proposed contract is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business
Concerns. The Small Business size standard for NAIC 7349 is $8.0M annual
average gross revenue for the last three(3) fiscal years. Solicitation
will be issued on or about September 30, 2001, with responses due by
