commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal
Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with
additional information included in the notice. This announcement
constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and written
solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as
Request for Quotation (RFQ) 429-065. (iii) The solicitation document and
incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition
Circular (FAC) 97-12. (iv) This solicitation is open to ONLY small
businesses under Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code of 5999,
