consist of cutting, sawing, and drilling to existing concrete, by the
Contractor in preparation for removal by the Government. The work is to
be performed at Winfield Lock and Dam, Red House, West Virginia. Work
shall be performed in two phases. Phase I work shall begin approximately
3 April 2000, and shall not exceed 14 days. Phase II (Job IIA), work
shall begin 18 April 2000, and shall not exceed 5 days. Phase II (Job
IIB), work shall begin 2 May 2000, and shall not exceed 5 days. The
solicitation and drawings may be requested by FAX 304-529-5281. This
proposed procurement is 100% small business set aside. A SIC code of 7389
