items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as
supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This
announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being
requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This request for
quotation (RFQ) number 00S003151, is for the purchase and delivery of
Oracle software and support services. This solicitation document and
incorporated provisions and clauses herein are those in effect through
Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-16. The Standard Industrial
Classification Code is 7372. The Contractor shall provide one (1) lot of
the following item: ORA-8iEE, Oracle 8i, Enterprise Edition (720 total
Power Units) and the Contractor shall provide one (1) year of the
following items: ORA-8iEE-Silver UPD, Annual Silver Support for Updates;
and ORA-8iEE-Silver Tech, Annual Silver Technical Support. All items
shall be delivered FOB destination to the Program Support Center,
Financial Management Services, 5600 Fishes Lane, Room 16A-27, Parklawn
Building, Rockville, MD 20857. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1,
Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (MAR 2000), and the clauses at
FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items (MAY 1999),
applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall submit a fully executed copy
of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and
Certifications Commercial Items (FEB 2000) with their offer. The clause
at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement
Statues or Executive Orders Commercial Items (FEB 2000), applies to this
acquisition as well as the following clauses cited therein: FAR
52.222-26, Equal Opportunity (E.O. 11246); FAR 52.222-35, Affirmative
Action for Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era (38 U.S.C.
4212); FAR 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities
(29 U.S.C. 793); FAR 52.222-37, Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans
and Veterans of the Vietnam Era(38 U.S.C. 4212; and FAR 52.225-3, Buy
American Act Supplies (41 U.S.C. 10). Quotations will be evaluated based
