No:YPG01248001767: This solicitation will contain an Indefinite Quantity
Contract (IQC). The solicitation will consist of one base year and four
option years: Destination inspection required. Quantity variance is
zero. Solicitation will be on an unrestricted basis, under other than
full and open competition procedures. The NSN, and Annual Estimated

FOB Destination, 146 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related
to the procurement described are not available and can not be furnished
by the government on this NSN. The final contract award decision may be
based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation
