The 99th Contracting Squadron at Nellis AFB, NV intends to enter into a
sole source purchase order with Motorola, Inc. This is a combined
synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies and services prepared in
accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6 as supplemented with
additional information included in this notice and Simplified Acquisition
Procedures in Part 13. This notice constitutes the only solicitation;
proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be
