for the referenced project: Suffolk Contruction Co., Special Projects
Division, 647A Summer Street, Boston, MA 02119-2189; F. L. Caulfield &
Sons, Inc., 13 Clover Street, Dorchester, MA 02122-2009; Paul J. Rogan
Co., Inc., 25 Hayward Street, Braintree, MA 02184-1031; Bay State
Construction, Inc., 109 Bellevue Street, West Roxbury, MA 02132-2618;
Turner Construction Co., 855 Boylston Street, Boston, MA 02116-2622; and
Jan Five Corporation, d/b/a Alexandra Construction, 20 Ossipee Road,
Newton, MA 02464-1448. The work includes but is not limited to
demolition, earthwork, site utilities, and site improvements, paving and
landscaping. Work also includes concrete foundations and slab-on-gradem,
steel, structure steel joists and decking, metal cladding and roofing
systems, roof membrane over roof insulation, sheet metal, masonry,
carpentry, doors, walls, toilets and accessories, loading dock equipment,
fire protection and detectionsystems, security systems, electrical, HVAC
systems at the property located at 65 Main Street, Winthrop, Suffolk
