D -- D-DATABASE INFORMATION RETRIEVAL SERVICES

The United States Patent and Trademark Office intends to issue a Delivery
Order(s) against an existing Library of Congress Basic Ordering Agreement
with WEST PUBLISHING CORPORATION through the Interagency agreement for
the continued use and access of their database by the United States
Patent and Trademark Office, Arlington, VA. These services will continue
through September 30, 2002. This requirement is for continued access to
WEST PUBLISHING CORPORATION databases. No solicitation document exists
