Order(s) against an existing Library of Congress Basic Ordering Agreement
with CHEMICAL ABSTRACT SERVICES through the Interagency agreement for the
continued use and access of their database by the United States Patent
and Trademark Office, Arlington, VA. These services will continue through
September 30, 2002. This requirement is for continued access to CHEMICAL
ABSTRACT SERVICES databases. No solicitation document exists and no
