1986 to simplify the reporting requirements relating to

H.R. 3347. A bill to provide economic relief to general
aviation entities that have suffered substantial economic

Budget, for a period to be subsequently determined by the

replacing the use of the sustainable growth rate as a factor
in determining such update in subsequent years; to the
Committee on Energy and Commerce, and in addition to the
Committee on Ways and Means, for a period to be subsequently
determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of
such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the
committee concerned.

1986 to clarify the credit for producing fuel from a

H.R. 3353. A bill to require the Assistant to the President
for Homeland Security to establish a site on the Internet

other Government entities in the war on terrorism or to
protect homeland security; to the Committee on the Judiciary.

H.R. 3354. A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to
allow certain catch-up contributions to the Thrift Savings
Plan to be made by participants age 50 or over, and to afford
employees and Members full immediate participation in the
Thrift Savings Plan upon commencing Federal service; to the
Committee on Government Reform.

H.R. 3355. A bill to direct the Secretary of Commerce to
convey certain Federal property in Montgomery County,
Maryland, to the city of Gaithersburg, Maryland; to the
Committee on Science.

Group during its extended deployment for the war effort in
