I am currently on the technical side of things with our Web Team ... =
(Internet/Intranet for City Govt sites)... It looks like I might be =
getting in to the project mgmt side of things.. meeting with the client, =
writing documentation, training, visionary type things etc... Can anyone =
recommend any books, training, web sites that might help in this transition=
?

If anyone has any documentation or documents they have produced on =
"processes", "guidelines" that they are willing to share etc.. that would =
be wonderful... TIA.
