The Information Revolution has brought dramatic changes to society
during the last decade, impacting every facet of American life. These
technological changes have had particularly important effects on the
nature of our 'e-volving' democracy. The National Civic League will
convene 400 leading innovators from around the country to discuss these
changes in E-government, politics and community building and assess
their implications for our collective future while highlighting
impressive models that promise to lead us toward a 21st Century
e-democracy.
