Dear Colleagues:

Progressive Engineer, the online magazine covering engineering in the
mid-Atlantic and northeast regions of the U.S., has posted a profile of Mike
Clar. A water resources and environmental engineer, Clar has become a
leader in innovative stormwater management techniques and a proponent for
the protection and restoration of urban streams. He designs Low Impact
Development systems for capturing runoff from development sites using
bioretention cells, similar to artificial wetlands. And he works with
county governments in developing water quality management plans for rivers
that flow into the Chesapeake Bay near his home in Maryland.

You can see this at http://www.ProgressiveEngineer.com. Thank you.

Regards,

Tom Gibson, P.E.
