SOme good examples of counties that have sginificant privatization experience
are:

Greenville County, SC. Gerald Seals is county administrator and the driving
force behind the program

Allegheny and Delaware counties, PA -contact Jerry Bowyer at the Allegheny
Institute 412-937-4526

Maricopa, AZ

Indianapolis, IN is a joint city/county government and has done more
privatization than anyone else. Contact Skip Stitt in the mayor's office.

Martin County, FL did considerable work on privatization just this last year.
