I need gov. vs private stats.

I'm a civil servant in cinti. and we are under constant attack from kickback
hungry politicians and are in need of ammo. I need stats. on which cities
have municipal trash removal and asphalt repairs. I also need info on
problems that cities are having with the companies they have contracted. Any
