Hola, acabo de recibir este correo de la fundadora de Shop Hers, sé que se lo mandó a una lista enorme de contactos pero, aún así, lo que escribe se siente muy cercano.
En general, escribió para pedir feedback así como para generar word of mouth entre nuestras conocidas, al mismo teimpo que generó una buena empatía por la forma en la que cuenta la historia del cómo y el por qué creó este sitio.
Podemos revisarlo y tenerlo como referencia para la sección de "Nosotros".

My name is Jaclyn Shanfeld and I'm the founder of Shop Hers. A year ago I quit my job in fashion to solve a problem I was having in my own life — an overflowing closet full of items worn once, often not at all. I tried consignment stores but felt taken advantage of. I realized very quickly that eBay was a full-time job riddled with scam artists and frauds. My friends have busy lives and most of them aren't my size or style, so the idea of emulating my childhood 'open closet' policy was moot.
I dreamt of a site that looked and felt like Net-a-Porter, where women just like me could shop one another's wardrobes. I wanted to create a marketplace women could trust. Shop Hers is that thing. It's my brainchild but it was created for you.
My intention for writing this email is to break down the wall between us. I’d love to hear from you. What do you like? And, more importantly, what would you like to see on the site? Whether it be product, features, prices, anything and everything! You name it. We’re listening! Shop Hers is only as good as this incredible community of women makes it — and that potential is enormous.
Please help me grow the community by inviting your fashionable friends and family. The more users, the more designer discounts, the more style soul mates!

Exactamente ese creo que es el approach, un toque muy personal, subrayando el problema que atacamos y la solucion que labanqueteria.com da
y creo que hay que repteri-repetir-repetir- nuestro theme para que la gente lo vea en la pagina, el newsletter, nuestros pitch de venta en todos lados
