Andrei
Thank you for the last upgrade on LaBanqueteria V2.1. We´ve made great progress and are always striving for make better, simpler and improve UX.
The team of LaBanqueteria got together yesterday night, as I have been briefly sharing with you we have gotten great response from the chefs (top providers in Mexico City) and Veronica and Mariandrea have been both out selling the platform/service.
We believe we are just a few inches away from making the site perfect from a user experience standpoint and to make it 100% bug free and bulletproof to sign-in the top providers we need your help for the next weeks on a dedicated basis.
The proposal is the following;
· We would like to open up a broader channel of communication where all the team participates and sends comments directly to you
· 2-3 weeks of your full attention to make changes as fast as possible and iterate for the final product
· Intensive testing with more traffic, making sure code is optimized and hosting is not a problem
If you agree and choose to engage in this next exciting interaction we would be very happy.
In the meantime please let me introduced the team, which I have copied here.
Vero Antillon- She is a professional chef and passionate food lover the driving force behind LaBanqueteria
Mariandrea Obregon- She is a visionary marketer with an outstanding connection to the world of restaurants and chefs, she brings the new design ideas to the team
Aaron Elizondo- you´ve met Aaron, he is an accomplished entrepreneur, professional negotiator and the financial mastermind of the project
I have copied all the Team so we can get going as soon as possible and agree on the work plan for the next 3 weeks.
My I suggest we will send you Andrei the first draft of this workplan with the main topics to work on and as you make the changes you communicate them so we can test-test-test and iterate almost in real time.
Open comunication and transparency on both sides will be essential to get the best of all and get where we aim to. :)
Sounds?
