FANTASTIC NEWS! Janananda Goswami ("Janananda" means one who gives happiness to the people), who is the monk of the highest order (sanyasi) is for the first time in Sheffield. He is fantastic, humorous and very approachable speaker. He was born in Swindon, England. In 1972 he became a monk. He has completely dedicated his life to travelling around the world and helping others to become happy for almost 40 years. Janananda Goswami is famous for his good sense of humour, selflessness and unlimited enthusiasm.
You will feel that you met your real, true friend.
The topic this Wednesday will be "The blind LEADS (LEEDS) the blind". Present day leaders are blinded by greed, lust, envy, anger, etc. Can they lead us? Where are they leading us? If we believe that they can lead us to happiness - we are also blind. The blind leads the blind...
What is the solution? Are there people who truly want to help others? What kind of help do people need?
