Guide missing the Table of Contents - when option is checked & turned on

Good afternoon:

We are having a problem with one new guide. The person who created is wasn't seeing the Table of Contents option, so I had her check the box to turn it in. Unfortunately, it still isn't showing up. If I copy and paste the entire guide into my test guide with the option turned on, it does show the Table of Contents drop-down menu.

As a quick workaround, I've asked her to copy and paste the entire guide into a new guide, but I wanted to check in to see if this has happened to anyone else and if they were able to fix the problem. I haven't seen this happen before, and it is only happening to this one specific guide.

Now that we've looked at this a bit more, the problem is actually with all new guides. Is anyone else having the same problem with new tutorials? No new guide allows the Table of Contents to appear, even if the checkbox is selected to do so in the guide options.

Hi Jessica, I've seen this before on occasion, and there may be an installation issue. Is this happening across several browsers, and is there a public link to one of your tutorials you could send me? (off-channel would be fine)
