500 error, log points to .htaccess

Rhel 8.5, php 7.2.24, cake 2.6.10

I am not sure if there is anything I can do, doesn't look active here.

I get a 500 error, logs point to it being something in the .htaccess

.htaccess: Invalid command 'php_flag', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration

However, I'm not sure which .htaccess I should be looking at. I'm not even sure if this will work anyways.

If this is pretty much dead, is there something else people have been using to replace GotS?
