Question editor has blank fields (Chrome)

My GOTS-using colleagues and I have noticed that when we open the editor for a question in Chrome, the editor displays as new - ie. all blank and two response fields - regardless of any text saved in the question and responses. We all work mostly in Firefox, so we don't know how long this has been happening. Has anyone else experienced this or can anyone suggest a fix?
