Hi all,

It is time to make a new order for our GOTP cycling kits, especially for those new members that do not have one yet and for those that the previous one did not fit properly :)

It is the same spreadsheet and the same kit as last time, please see the link below to the Google Sheet, let me know if you cannot access for any reason.

I have sent an email to Cuore to confirm the prices are still the same or have changed, I will revert once I receive this information. Rules should be the same as before being that we need a minimum order of 10 pieces of each kit item.

The spreadsheet is self explainable but do let me know if you have any questions. Please do remember the following:

  • These jerseys are 2.5cm shorter than the original ones (same length as the ones from last year). You can make your own jersey larger or shorter, alteration costs THB 425.
  • You can add your name and flag on the side arm sleeve THB 425 per alteration.
  • The socks are short, like the ones from last year. We can have a consensus now if we want to go for the long or short ones this time, but we need to choose one or the other as remember that we need 10 pieces just to be able to order.
Order away and complete the spreadsheet, let's give ourselves until 31 July to complete our orders and see what numbers we have by then. I will be attentive to any questions you might (will) have.

Order placed but only for a blue jersey and 3 pair of short socks. Considering my size disregard the socks order if we go for long ones.

Hello everyone,

There have been some changes to the prices of the kits, some have reduced (thanks to the stronger THB) and others have increased (due to the low number of orders that we currently have.

Those that have reduced in price are:
  • Race Jersey (Black)
  • Sunday Jersey (Blue)
  • Bib Shorts (Jens I left a comment on the spreadsheet, you cannot order without the GOTP logo as this would be considered a new line, sorry).
  • Socks (Short). We would order long socks also for the same price but these would be considered a new line and minimum order numbers of at least +5 will need to be ordered, please note that the Blue and the Black socks are each a different line. I have added it to the spreadsheet to gauge some interest in the socks, so please put your orders in but don't pay yet until order is confirmed.
Those that have incresed in price are:
  • Team Polo
  • Gloves
  • Arm Screens
Also please do not forget that you can customise your Sunday Jersey (Blue) by adding your flag and name on the sleeve. Simply write 1 in the Alteration column and make a note on the column stating the details of what you wish to have).

Another alteration that is possible on the Race Jersey (Black), Sunday Jersey (Blue) and Bibs is the length of the jersey or the bibs. Same rule applies, write down 1 or 2 (depending on the number of alterations you wish) in the Alteration Column and then write a comment on the column with the details of what you wish to have altered.

Hope all is clear and hope we can have a few more orders in so that the prices improve :)

Again I will keep this open until the end of July and then we will finalise the order for everyone and get payments from all.

Paul,

Blue is tighter and shorter than black. It seems they are now making asian size for Thailand L. I ordered blue „L” before and it’s too small (but tis is fault of my weight)  and too short while Black in L size is OK. I’m 180 cm and overweighted ;-) .

That's strange I read before the blue was supposed to be more of a comfort fit, black tighter for races?

For me wearing M on both, the blue is looser with the black one tighter for racing.

Hi all,

I have received feedback from Cuore on our order, there are a couple of things that we need to change as follows:

  1. Currently we have 3 pairs of gloves ordered (Randy 1 pair and Jeff 2 pairs). They need us to order a minimum of 5 pairs of gloves to be able to make them. I am willing to order one more pair for myself, so that's 4 pairs, would anyone else like to order one more at least so that we can make this line possible in this order?

  2. Socks: They need a minimum of 10 per style and design. In this case we are working with 4 styles and designs and currently the numbers we have at the moment are;

    1. 3 pairs Black Short (Romain 1 pair and Jeff 2 pairs)
    2. 3 pairs Blue Short (Romain 1 pair and Marc 2 pairs)
    3. 3 pairs Black Long (Pablo 2 pairs and Randy 1 pair)
    4. 6 pairs Blue Long (Pablo 2 pairs, Jens B 2 pairs, Brian C 1 pair, Randy 1 pair)

            So with the socks we are a long way away from having an order possible.  The closest is the Blue Long socks with 6 pairs ordered so far. Would anyone else like to order socks? If not we would have to             not do the socks order this time around.

Let us wait until after the GOTP order this Sunday to finalise this, see if we have more orders for the above items then if not I will cancel the order of Socks and Gloves.

I will be competing in the Tri-Dash this Sunday so will not make it to the GOTP ride myself unfortunately.

In order to help, I have removed the 2 pairs of short socks I had and replaced them by 1 pair of Gloves and 1 pair of Long Blue socks.

Let me know how it ends up with the gloves and socks, because I might have paid too much already if we can't get them.

I have asked Cuore now to give us the final costings based on the updated spreadsheet order with the changes we made to socks and gloves.

Once they come back with confirmation, I will update you on the costs and give you the green light to transfer the funds (except for those that have transferred already). I'll get back to you shortly.

Hi all,

All clear on the GOTP Kits order. The prices remain as the last updated ones and the Black Long Socks of which we only had 4 pairs, they agreed to pass it through as we managed to order additional Blue Long ones, so all clear.

For those of you that have not paid, please do so to the indicated account in the document and write down in the column "DATE TRANSFERRED" the date that you have made the payment. Leave the "CONFIRMED - PAID" column blank as this will be used by Cuore to confirm those amounts that they have received at their end.

For those of you that paid early and the amount has changed (decreased), please write in the "REMARK" column the amount that you paid. I will pay last once all others have paid and will under pay by the amount paid extra by some of you, I will then proceed to transfer to you from my own account the over-payment that you made (hope that makes sense). 

If you paid early and the amount is now higher (ordered extra or prices changed up) please pay the remainder and write in the "REMARK" column appropriately.

Once all payments are confirmed by Cuore, they will start the production.

I will keep you updated as always.

The kit was fully paid for and production started last week.

It will be ready on 19/20 of September and then delivered here to BKK thereafter, so we can expect to receive it the week after that.

Unfortunately the order has been finalized and fully paid and should be well into production already so it’s not possible to add to the order now, sorry. 

I envisage a new order coming up in early 2020 for the new 2020 kit, keep your eyes peeled for your GOTP emails then.

Hello all,

Update on the kit.

Production has finished and the package is getting ready to be sent to Thailand. Expected arrival date post customs clearance and all is around 25th of September as per latest update from Cuore.

A few days earlier than expected, let's hope it pans out ok.

Hi guys,

I plan to be at the Skylane this Saturday for a ride there in the morning and will take the GOTP kits with me if anybody would like to pick theirs up.

Also planning on doing GOTP this Sunday and will bring the kits with me as well.

I am thinking of Chonburi on Monday public holiday also.
